The Quick Repair extension provides comprehensive repair shop management functionality within Business Central. After installation, several configuration steps are required to customize the system for your specific repair operations.

Initial Configuration Steps

1. Repair Management Setup

Configure core system settings including number series for repair documents: - Repair Management Setup - Set up number series and core configuration

2. Setup Master Data

Configure the foundational data that defines your repair processes: - Repair Order Types - Define repair categories and billing models - Repair Statuses - Set up repair progress tracking - Repair Solutions - Define repair outcome documentation - Package Conditions - Configure package condition tracking - External Comment Definitions - Create predefined customer-facing comments
